About the Program:
IA² is honored to have been awarded an 8-month grant from the CDC Foundation, which is working in partnership with the CDC’s National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases to support community-based organizations to reduce vaccine hesitancy and increase adult flu and COVID-19 vaccination uptake across racial and ethnic populations currently experiencing disparities.
With this support, IA² joins the CDC’s P4VE partner network of more than 540 health departments, federally qualified and community health centers, and non-profits working to improve equity in adult immunizations.
