The University of Washington Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center is partnered with the Washington State University Partnerships for Native Health with the goal of reaching out to American Indian, Alaska Native, and other Indigenous communities in the Pacific Northwest, in order to provide resources to people struggling with memory loss and educational materials to local clinical staff.
The website provides opportunities to participate in educational talks regarding Indigenous aging, outreach events hosted by the ADRC, and Partnerships for Native Health, and information regarding dementia and caregiving.
