Training Tool for Dementia Care Providers

The Riverside Center for Excellence in Aging and Lifelong Health has developed a person-centered dementia care training tool. Based on CMS’s Hand in Hand Toolkit, the training tool contains 52 brief video lessons intended for people who work in nursing homes, assisted living communities, and home care. Each lesson is under 10 minutes and is intended for all team members working in nursing homes, assisted living communities, and home care. It is especially useful to those working with people living with dementia.
