- Staff from the IA2 team virtually attended the Title VI Webinar featuring Sonya Begay’s Ted Talk entitled, “Shima’ Sani’ – Why Are You So Sick?” about the health effects of uranium contamination. Sonya is a member of the Navajo Nation (Dine’) and is currently working as a Management and Program Analyst at the Administration for Children and Families in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. IA2 continues to offer print-on-demand stipends of $250 for flyers and posters from the IA2, ASTHO, and National Council for Urban Indian Health (NCUIH) suite of materials developed with funding from the CDC.
