The Health Resources and Services Administration has developed training materials to help educators teach health care workers about Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. This training includes 25 modules, 16 of which focus on outpatient care. Each module includes a presentation, references, a faculty guide, and continuing education details.
These training materials will benefit you if you are a student, health professions faculty member, primary care practitioner, a member of a geriatrics care team, or a direct service worker.
There are specific modules developed for providers and caregivers, including modules designed specifically to help caregivers.
