Zoom Webinar
Join us for a webinar that recognizes Mental Health Awareness Month with a discussion about mental health for Indigenous communities. Dr. Kalvin White is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation located in the southwestern region of the United States. Dr. White’s work focuses on the symmetry of traditional / cultural / community concepts of mental health and overall wellness, and how this perspective has important similarities and distinctions with Western/non-Indigenous concepts of mental health and wellness.
