Steps include
- Show the mock-up (or existing material) to individuals from the cultural group. The resource provides multiple questions to ask participants including; What is your overall impression? Who would you say this material is designed for?
- Ask at least 5-6 people in the ethnic or cultural group
- Analyze your findings
- Revise the material
- Test it again
