New resources and energy in this space are coming from Native American Traditional Indigenous Food Systems (NĀTIFS). This was founded by Chef Sean Sherman (Oglala Lakota), who also founded The Sioux Chef. NĀTIFS’ mission is to promote Indigenous foodways education and facilitate Indigenous food access.
